Anne & Norman contributed these pictures of their stay at the Fort Myers / Pine Island KOA, last winter. They discovered this campground while vacationing (golfing) in the Cape Coral area in previous years.

A barrier island, Pine Island is the largest island on the Southwest Gulf Coast of Florida. The campground boasts free facilities and activities for campers of all ages. Known as the Tarpon Capital of the World, Pine Island is surrounded by some of the most famous fishing waters in the U.S.
