Ronald McDonald House - November, 2007

On Thursday, November 8 2007, members of the Overmountain Sams Chapter of the Good Sam Club met at the Ronald McDonald House in Johnson City, Tennessee. During the visit, Leah Holt, House Manager, gave the visitors a tour of the facility and explained it's operation. We were all very impressed and went away with a much greater appreciation of what is accomplished by the dedicated people who run this facility. All of us should be very proud to know that we have played a part in the support of such a worthy cause, and will continue to do so. Thanks everyone for your support!

Ron presents a check for $500 and a large bag of aluminum can "pop-tops" to Leah Holt, Ronald McDonald House manager. The money was raised by the Overmountain Sams Chapter conducting a "garage sale" at the Good Sam Fall Samboree in Chattanooga, TN in October, 2007. The "pop-tops" were collected by the Overmountain Sams chapter members throughout the year.
